Worst service worst attitude, worker Ibrahim – getting defensive on a genuine delay of 2 hrs- after being Notified the order being ready.
inconsiderate of how much $$ we transact here. This translates to one simple thing reduced revenue however, small for the store and the poor review. Hope your attitude helps now. next time listen to the customer. The store manager had nothing to say or offer. You couldn’t get much lower customer service

No greetings, no acknowledgement, and no care from the first clerk (blue uniform). I respect workers, can do wait time and out of medication, but ignoring the guest is unprofessional. The pharmacist did a good job delivering prompt and great service however.

Extremely slow, unfriendly service in the pharmacy area. I waited longer than a half hour for a “scheduled” appointment for a vaccine, then had to fill out info already completed online.
I felt like I was an inconvenience for them. Very disappointing!

Called in a simple prescription Monday evening, was told it will be ready Tuesday morning after 10 I get a message it’s ready later Monday evening, my wife goes to pick it up Tuesday after 10 no one is working in the pharmacy so no way to pick it up, I return Friday to pick up the prescription and they don’t have it and have no idea what happened, but I can return an hour later which is right before close to pick it up.

I’ve been to this Walgreens a few times, for various needs. The customer service in the pharmacy area has been far less than desirable. Most recently they overcharged me, complained about issuing a refund, and then didn’t refund the amount that was owed. I will never return to this Walgreens again. Upon looking at other reviews, I wish I would’ve read them before hand. Well, this location is convenient, I’m willing to travel a little further out-of-the-way. Buyers be warned.

3 days without a pharmacist or the ability to get a prescription filled. No answers. No one in the store knows what is going on. Do better.

If I could give zero stars I would... This place is the biggest joke of an establishment I have ever dealt with I now drive an extra 10 to 15 minutes to go to CVS because every single time you need anything filled at this location it's a headache. Doesn't matter the day month or time of year you can show up 30 minutes or 30 days after your appointment to get your prescription filled and it never seems to be ready and they have absolutely terrible customer service this place sucks.

Worst Walgreens ever! Had a prescription and was notified it was ready. I looked up pharmacy opening time, it was 9 am. Got there about 5 minutes after 9 am. Pharmacy was not open and I became the 3rd person waiting. Finally, a couple girls and a man come strolling in. They unlock pharmacy and enter. It was another 5 minutes before a window even opened up. It must be nice to have a job when it doesn't matter if your at work on time! No employees apologized! No employees said a thing! Wasted the customers in line time, and more customers were arriving. Totally worthless! I'm changing my prescription locations!

The pharm tech with blue and blond hair was killing it tonight on customer service. The hustle and great attitude while being short staffed is rare to see these days and appreciate seeing someone rooted to their values and focused on the difference they are making.

They deserved 0. I went to pick up my medication so they told me it's going be ready in 30min. I get back after 45min but they told me again with unprofessional manner and without respect we need 1-2hr to get ready. So, after I get this medicine no more this store.
