Just awful. They never have prescriptions ready on time. When you go to pick them up, they always tell us to come back later.They also have unpredictable hours. They close early quite often.

I have always had great service here. The pharmacy techs have gone above and beyond to make sure my daughters medicine would always be available to her.

Horrible service. I've been real patient with this location but today was it. A time sensitive medication put in over 6 hours ago. Called at 4 and it was still not ready but said it would be in ready in 15 min.Got there in 30 minutes to allow extra time and they wanted another hour. Unacceptable.

This is the worst pharmacy in the area! There always another 20 min wait even after you call (their notification system is never working) and make sure it's ready. If this location is truly this busy then hires should made.

Pharmacy closed for multiple days in a row without warning. Can't pickup my medication and can't get it filled somewhere else because it's already filled here. I didn't pick it up because it wasn't completely ready and it's medication I have to have. Absolutely atrocious pharmacology and you bet I'm reporting this to the board of pharmacists. You have an ethical obligation which you didn't fulfill and I hope you lose your license over it.

The day after the Pfizer/BioNTech booster became available, I happened to be in the store. Stopped by the pharmacy with a simple question, "can we get the booster and do we need an appointment?" Answer was, "No, you can get one right now." Went home, got the wife, came back, got the booster. No muss, no fuss." Professional all the way.

That skinny tall pharmacist oozes racism from every pore. She keeps smirking and looking down on us since we are immigrants, and because of our insurance. My dad has a terminal illness and also speaks with an accent. They keep messing up his meds as well as being obnoxious towards him. That specific pharmacist would never talk to us, it always has to be through a bunch of pharm techs, then back to her. It takes 25 minutes to solve a small thing through her. She keeps making snobby remarks, huffs and buffs, and rolls her eyeballs. Besides she would never even look at us, like we are below her. She would also make us wait an hour to get the pills, even though my dad would be in severe pain. At first, we thought she was having a bad day, but her terrible behavior and shameless manners keep getting worse. My parents would always tell me if she were in, we wouldn't go in there, but would come back another time. Now If this is not discrimination, what is? What kind of healthcare worker look down on patients and treat them like that, especially those with disabilities and end stage diseases? We've been to the best doctors in this country, from Mayo Clinic to Cleveland clinic and so forth, and we've always been treated with respect and dignity. How does she get away with it like that? Are things like that still happening? I thought we were way beyond that. And here in MN, where thousands upon thousands of immigrants are?

Horrible customer service! The lady I spoke with was very rude! I don't recommend this pharmacy at all!

Not sure what the fuss is about. I showed up later in the day without a transfer and Pharmacist Jay took my prescription without hassle, quoted 10-15 minutes to fill it and had it ready in 3 minutes. He was very pleasant and professional. Would recommend again!

Went in to pick up my prescription and I was told it was pretty expensive, I was pretty shocked and I was treated very rudely by both the pharmacist and the tech, so I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I am able to pay for it I was just wondering how medicine costed so much and was treated very unprofessionally. Their staff needs to be trained better or replaced.

Agree with everyone that says the customer service here sucks. I’m telling the cashier the price is wrong and they still ring me up. After the transaction is done and a line is formed he wants to correct the mistake.
