In 2018 we chose Tomco’s bid to completely gut and remodel our basement. We obtained multiple quotes for that work. Although Tomco was not the lowest bid, it also was not the highest bid. We chose Tomco at that time not only based on price but also because of the detailed plans he presented to accomplish the work. We were delighted with the finished product and have since hired Tomco to complete the remodeling of our house on the main floor and loft. Tom took our basic ideas and expanded on them, providing us with excellent recommendations and solutions to problems that other contractors would not tackle. The end result in the winter of 2020 is our entire home has been remodeled by Tomco from bottom to top and we are extremely pleased with the end results. We highly recommend Tomco to anyone who needs remodeling, additions or any other quality construction work.

We built our home in 1993 and it was in need of some updates starting with the master bath. Tom's crew gutted and rebuilt our master bath beautifully, incorporating several excellent features we had not thought of! We then asked him to do 2 more bathrooms, and his crew again implemented several time and money saving options. He gave us an excellent recommendation for a flooring contractor who completed both hardwood and carpet upgrades in all finished areas. Finally he added some much needed lighting improvements over a workspace in the kitchen and upgraded a 6 panel door to our laundry room. All is beautiful and was completed with no surprises. We feel we have a new home and could not be happier. We would highly recommend Tomco and have been very satisfied with all aspects of our remodel and upgrades. No job is too big or too small for this contractor!

Tomco Company did a fantastic job on our four season porch and garage addition. When we asked for something to be done, we only had to ask once. He pays attention to the little details. His contractors meet with us individually to ensure we were all on the same page and they met our needs. We would highly recommend him to family and friends.

After seeing my neighbor attempting to do their own work on egress windows so glad that Tomco did my work. They are wonderful. Craftsmanship is very nice. Clean up was great. Excellent at matching up color and style of cabinets. So happy about the energy savings. Can't say enough good things about Tomco. Really good company.

Tomco did a renovation of our 26 year old master bathroom. They did a great job, and we are very pleased with the result. We went from a leaky shower stall to a beautiful walk-in shower, added a brand new vanity with tower for additional storage and quartz counter top, and replaced an old whirlpool tub with a great free-standing bath tub. We were particularly pleased with the way the project manager kept us informed throughout the project, kept the schedule going as planned with very few hiccups, and always kept our best interests in mind. We highly recommend Tomco to anyone who is considering a remodeling project.

We spent 9 months with Tom of Tomco from early design to final construction of our main floor remodeling project. We worked with Tom to come up with a design that incorporated the features we were looking for, transforming an old, dated kitchen and master bath into beautiful and functional spaces. During the whole time, Tom listened to us and maintained clear communication between all of the subcontractors, keeping us up to date on all the details as the project progressed. Everything was completed according to schedule. All of the subcontractors he worked with were experienced craftsmen. As we talked with suppliers and subcontractors, they all had very positive comments about Tom, the quality of his work, and organization of his projects. We highly recommend Tom and look forward to working with him on future projects.

Tomco Company recently transformed our 1960 Rambler into a modern, elegant, yet comfortable home. They relocated a lower level bathroom, installed a ceramic tile shower, walk in closet and created a suite for our daughter who returned home in order to attend grad school. Our upper level "pink" bathroom has been completely changed into a beautiful, spa-like space, and the kitchen / dining room / living room is now open, completely renovated and perfect for entertaining. We absolutely love it, and will be very happy here for years to come. We appreciated Tom's practical, honest and common sense approach. The quality of work by his staff was excellent - one example: The back splash tile we selected for the buffet came in, but it was crooked on the backing. Brian hand set each tile because he knew it wouldn't look right. That's the type of eye for the details we really appreciated. We highly recommend Tomco.

We hired Tomco to convert a 3-season porch into a 4-season living room. Although we could have chosen a lower bid, the quality of work and degree of professionalism made it completely worth it. In a nutshell:
1) The design work and virtual models in the planning phase were very helpful! Completely worth the effort/expense and really helped us understand what we were going to get and there were truly no surprises.
2) We elected to vault the ceiling at the last minute, of course throwing a wrench into all the plans. Tom made that seamless when I'm sure it wasn't just a simple thing to add.
3) The final product looks fantastic and "feels" very well done - you know like when you walk through a new construction in a mass-produced development and it just feels poorly done? This feels more like a hand-crafted home, which is, of course, what it is.
Overall we're very pleased with the work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tomco to others.

Tomco has been our 'go to' contractor for more than 20 years. We have used them for multiple projects ranging from a full bathroom remodel to the latest project - removal of an interior wall. We purchased our home in September of 2015 and knew we would need them to 'tear down that wall'. A large wall separating our great room from our kitchen has been removed, a matching wood and glass railing added to the existing one (which matches perfectly!) and repainting looks like it was designed this way from the start.
In the past we have used them for a massive 2 level cedar deck, basement remodel, replacement windows and flooring.
They always exceed expectations and communicate throughout the process. We know we can count on them to do the job well.

We've used Tomco Company for a number of remodels and a fairly major addition through the years. Not only are they responsive and great to work with, but they are also steadfast in standing behind their work. I have no concerns with referring them to anyone looking for this sort of work. I can't say enough about what a great job Tom did with our kitchen remodel. He pointed out things that I would never have thought of. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Once we got the bid we decided to do the remodel but were hoping somehow Tom could get it down in a two week window over the 4th of July with not much lead time. We weren't originally thinking about doing it that way since we didn't want someone in our house completely unsupervised for that long of a time but I completely trusted Tom right away so that was one of the main reasons we decided to do it that way. Tom was able to get the job done while we were gone and we came home to a basically a new main floor. He knocked out a wall and put in new countertops as well as lighting etc. Everything came out amazing. I can't say enough about what a wonderful job he did. I wouldn't have a changed a thing and it has forever changed the way we use our main floor in our house. Definitely one of the best decisions we have ever made. Would highly recommend.
