“We've been T-Mobile customers since 2007. We were talked into xfinity mobile for a few months. Big mistake it was terrible. We switched back to T-Mobile and got some great deals on new phones. There was a few hiccups in the billing, and corprate cusomer service was unable to sort it out. But after contacting the Lino Lakes store, Lexi was super helpful and quick to get things set right. Thank you, we will be sure to come into the store with any other needs.”

“This Cricket Store is AWESOME!!! Stevie the store manager goes out of her way to make sure your order is exactly right! My brand new phone was so messed up, but I didn't get insurance! She made sure I got a replacement through the warranty on the phone!! Several times I had to go back and she was WONDERFUL!! IF You're going to buy a Cricket phone and you need to have your Cricket phone looked at or have questions go to this Cricket Store in Coon Rapids, located by the Walmart Store!! I was hesitant about switching over from ATT to Cricket. I'm not sorry one bit because of Stevie the store manager!! I highly recommend this Cricket Store in Coon Rapids over any location!!”

Then when I had problems with using too much data from my phone as a mobile hotspot they helped with a solution that I didn't expect and was better than I could have hoped for. “After 13+ years with Verizon, I decided to switch our family to T-Mobile (involving 4 lines across 3 states and 3 carriers) after a painful weekend of trying to buy a new phone and move numbers without any progress. The experience with T-Mobile wasn’t much better, and the location I went to closer to my house (Buffalo) managed to make it even worse by entering nearly all our information incorrectly as I felt like a total inconvenience to the staff person ‘helping’. My daughter, who has type 1 diabetes, was without a phone for a couple of days in AZ while my son with high functioning ASD was without his for a week given the extent of customer service issues we were experiencing. We went to the Northtown location as it is the closest location to my son and Missy was wonderful. She was patient, she listened to our concerns, she worked with tech support and identified the issues, and she fixed them. She also treated us like valued customers and not like we were distracting her from playing on her phone like the Buffalo location. Even though I live nearly an hour from this location, I will be coming back when I visit my son or parents because of the service we received. Thank you Missy! For the Buffalo location and the phone tech support I tried to work with over this last weekend: please do better. A lot better. You are there because of the customers, not in spite of them.”
“My wife and I needed help selecting new smart phones and then getting them connected to our carrier. We stopped at the Target Coon Rapids store and met Jack who walked us through how to select the best new phone for our needs. He didn't have the model we wanted in stock, so he suggested we order it on-line and then he invited us back to help us get them connected and get our old phone data and apps transferred to the new phones. We took him up on his offer. Jack is a fountain of knowledge about cell phones and he got us up and running very quickly. We are Consumer Cellular customers, but I would recommend him for any phone company. It was a very easy and pleasant experience for us both. Definitely a 5 star experience.”
