As a current employee & parent of a child in infant 2, I can honestly say this is the best, most safest & most comfortable daycare I have worked at & put my son into. Allison goes above & beyond for her employees as well as the AD Sammy! ? My son has been going to Lil Explorers since he was 4 months old & anytime I had a misunderstanding the infant teachers were very understanding & accommodated anything I needed! I highly recommend working here & bringing your child! ? It doesn’t feel like a job but a family & I love coming in! As well as my son loves all teachers in the infant room!

If you speak your thoughts about them, they just delete and block you from their Facebook page. The Director is the biggest joke there. I used to highly recommend them, now I would tell everybody to run especially out of infant two. If you want to feel like your child sits in a corner all day this is the perfect daycare for you. Their communication is awful and they do not care about you. This is directed at infant 2 and the Director. Infant one was fantastic for us, and we were very sad to leave them.They act like they care, and they listen to your concerns, but I know for a fact they do not. And the referral money they’re constantly pushing on you you will NEVER see.I speak from experience. As my baby was there from 10 weeks old to 10 months. We are very sad to have felt the need to leave under the circumstances.We have been at our new daycare for a week now and I’ve already received more pictures and updates in the week here than I ever did in infant two. They don’t update you, and when they do, it’s incorrect and then when you ask, you are met with a sassy, rude teacher.Trust me your $388 a week, you’re going to wish you had went somewhere else! It’s a great feeling dropping your baby off with strangers every day!!That daycare is a revolving door of new staff. Nobody leaves a job when they have good management. The director would rather have her little clique than to manage and take care of her good staff. The Director will gaslight you and make you feel like you never ever spoke up about anything when you very clearly did. It took us a little while to decide to leave but I’m very glad we did. Such a joke.

My son has been attending daycare/preschool here for almost 2 years now!! We’re so impressed everyday at the love and care he receives from all his teachers and the staff. They’re creative and plan wonderful adventures for each age group. Highly recommend!

After touring couple of centers around the area we decided to try LE and it was the best decision we made!! The teachers are awesome, so caring and kind. Love to see daily pictures of her activities. She has learn so much. Always walks out with a smile. Thank you for everything you guys do!!! :)

Great! Our daughter used to attend Growing Generations which was later bought out by Primrose. Lil' Explorers is much better than both. Our daughter enjoys it more, and we enjoy the fact that we escaped the drama we experienced with the Growing Generations and Primrose environments.

We recently moved our infant daughter to Lil Explorers from a different daycare after moving homes. Her transition there has been amazing! She loves all her teachers/caretakers. They are very communicative which is awesome! Love seeing pictures of the fun activities they do with all the kids in her room. So happy we chose this daycare!

We have been with Lil Explorers since they opened in 2021 and my kids have had an incredible experience! I have had children in all age rooms from baby to Pre-K and each age range has been wonderful. Especially under the new leadership team, the center is better than ever. The staff is wonderful and care so deeply for each child, they do a fantastic job communicating with parents and showing all the things the kids are learning each day. Absolutely recommend!

We’ve sent our daughter to Lil’ Explorers in Andover for the past year and a half. It’s a wonderful daycare and we’ve had a really positive experience!Since Allison, the new site director, came on a few months ago, we have noticed a significant positive change in not only the staff attitude, but also the activities, themed days and different crafts the kids are doing.Allison also made some small decor changes to the building and although it seems insignificant to the care of the kiddos, it really makes the building feel like home, and shows that Allison cares about the success of her staff and that she wants to create a comfortable space for all the children.We feel confident our daughter is prepared for Kindergarten in the Fall and will dearly miss Ms. Leo, Ms. Chris, Ms. Hailey and all the wonderful staff.

Lil Explorers- Andover has been amazing! The support I feel that I get as a parent and my child gets is exceptional. Even though we live in Ramsey, I made it a point to find a daycare where I felt confident in even if it meant driving a little further. Since Allison has taken over, I feel a difference in teacher morale and promptness of communication that exceeds any expectations I have had in a center.

Lil’ Explorers is great! Our daughter has grown and learned so much in the year and a half that she has been attending. She loves going to preschool each day and has made awesome connections to other kiddos and the teachers. I would highly recommend Lil’ Explorers!!

Absolutely love this daycare, I would recommend to everyone! We went through a rough patch with previous director but what the new director is doing is perfect for my son! He is learning so much so fast! The communication with teachers and directors is exactly what I need when I’m at work. My son comes home everyday talking about all that he learns! D.B loves it here! Highly recommend!

After touring many centers Lil Explorers seemed to be the best fit and we are so happy we chose them. All the teachers are amazing and so helpful. They have a very good curriculum, my son has learned a lot since starting.

Allison has made a HUGE positive change at the Andover location. She takes time to listen to parents and always has her door open for suggestions and feedback. The teachers are great and very communicative with the parents. My children love going there!

We have been at Lil' Explorer's since my son was 3 months old. He loves his infant teachers and is always smiley when I pick him up. The staff are very welcoming, facility is wonderful!
