We attempted to visit to the urgent care at 6:30pm, they were closing at 7:00pm. The abrupt, rather rude reception person turned us away, they were at capacity. In the parking lot, there were only our car, one other car that was leaving and what looked as though employee vehicles scattered about. We had to drive out to St. John's Hospital in Maplewood. If I had wanted to go to ER, we would have gone there in the first place, however, there we landed, being treated like cattle, leaving us with a bill over $2,000, and that was with insurance! Do better!

No communication with my provider. I have been out of my medications for 3 weeks. I just keep getting the message no refills. My pharmacy has tried to get my needed refills. No response!!

i have been sitting here over 2 hours just to receive a prescription. i have only talked to one doctor the whole time. there needs to be a better system in place or something cause this is just ridiculous.

Very impressed with Fairview and specifically the pharmacist, Chris, response to an issue I had with getting a couple Rx’s filled. He was on top of the problem and immediately provided a solution, preventing problems with future prescription fills. Thanks Chris!

Slowest worker ever. The Guy was so rude.... Take 1 1/2 hrs to get only 7 patient their covid vaccine. Take your time elsewhere don't waste your time here unless you have all day.

I love the staff there , I've been going for ...well over 10 years and have gotten to know everybody so well , unfortunately covid has put everything into chaos....so I don't visit too often anymore but I would drive 30 minutes just to go see the staff (I even changed before a job interview ,I was there picking stuff up anyways, and got their opinions , theyre super stars
