Have to leave a voicemail and hopefully they'll get back to you. I left a voicemail and they refilled the wrong medication.

Had problem with tech person today. I had several questions as I started ask,she holds her hand out say "hold it" in a gruff. She could ask me to wait politely. Second,we received an automated call that our new prescription was ready for pick up. When I got there, I was informed they don't have the meds till the next day. When I told them I received a call, they told me that the robot is never working right.

The pharmacist was very rude. I don't understand why it's so difficult to just be polite to people, but I guess that's hard to train nowadays. Switching pharmacies, won't be using CVS again.

Pharmacy customer service is awful. I guess I called too close to lunch? Someone picked up and just said “Call back after 2”, and hung up. The standards today are horrific.

Good place for a quick stop for many items. Food items more expensive than a grocery store. Good in a pinch.

They refuse to stop auto filing prescriptions no matter how many times I asked. They charge my plan as if I picked it up, and when I actually needed to get it a month later it took forever for them to "fix" what they did. After 3 times of this routine, it's obviously not a mistake. So I switched to a new pharmacy who had no problem only filling what I needed, when I needed it, and never had to deal with this CVS's unethical billing practices.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have had problems over and over with this pharmacy. They don't answer the phone. I have been on hold for over 2 hours waiting. They put your prescription in process which then makes it impossible for another CVS to pull and fill, yet they never fill it for weeks. AVOID this place!!!

Pharmacy sucks! Takes forever and very unfriendly, and usually they don't have the prescription even after a week! Better off going over the border and getting it on the black market compared to what you have to go through here!

I always find the staff extremely helpful in the pharmacy, no matter how busy they are. They always know me by name, they are always extremely proactive about getting prescriptions fulfilled. I'm very grateful for all their help. Thank you also to the friendly people in the front.

I made an appointment in regards to my mental health. I was in extreme need of my medication and was in withdrawal. I go to check in and for whatever reason my appointment was not showing. I waited for the doctor to come out and showed her proof of my appointment and expressed how much I needed to see her. She decided even though I made the appointment that she was just gonna skip over me.and.maybe make time.for me. Tears filled my eyes and.panic came.over me. I dont know why she thought that blowing a patient off was the best idea. But she did. Do not everrrrr go to the minute clinic here. Your health and well being means absolutely nothing to them .

Super happy to have found the pharmacy team at this location. Jannelle, Angie and team are fabulous. Helpful, caring and prompt in filly my prescriptions. Although busy, they still take the time and attention to help with your needs.
