New alternator, serpentine belt, and oil change. I appreciated how clearly Joe explained the issue, my options, and the timeline. The quote was clear and transparent, and the work was done ahead of schedule and as quoted. It was easy for me to feel like I was in the driver seat and could make my own decisions. Noah was friendly and able to answer questions when I picked up. A positive experience end to end.

They do not return phone calls. I have called 4 times in the last week to get my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotate and have yet to receive a call back. I have also had this same problem in the past couple of years since Mitchel stepped away. Wes was ok better but had a bad know it all attitude and now the young kid they have in there sucks. They have missed out on thousands due to the way they handle calls and not returning calls. Journey auto is about 3 miles north of there on the corner of 161st and round lake blvd and 161 Ave nw. Much better experience there. Place is going down hill.

Scheduled some routine maintenance items, they did the requested work, then provided me with an inspection report, no attempts at upselling or telling me certain items needed to be done immediately. Refreshing change, keep up the good work!
