First time visiting. Very professional from the minute I walked in. They were very nice and greeted me with a smile. The place did not smell like cigarettes like a typical mechanic shop. They even had a sheet welcoming all the new clients, and I saw my name there ?
They offered me coffee, water, and soda, and it was fast and efficient. Very impressed by the time the oil change was completed. My car was actually in the front almost like valet service waiting for me.
I definitely recommend this place. I will be coming back.

As others have pointed out, if you're looking to save money and time, it's probably wise to explore other options in the area before heading to Christian Brothers. ?? You'll likely find much more competitive prices—maybe even half or less of what you'd pay here.
I shelled out $425 (after using a coupon) to fix my speedometer at Christian Brothers. Afterward, I reached out to 3 other shops for quotes without them seeing my vehicle in person, and they all estimated prices ranging from $88 to $250 for the same services. I planned to take my bill to another shop for comparison, but alas, they were closed—it was after hours. Even a good friend of mine who is a shop manager said i paid to much. ??
The crux of the issue seems to be that Christian Brothers, being a major chain, aims to charge customers the maximum amount. They hit me with a $165 fee just for diagnostics testing, whereas every other shop I contacted didn't charge for diagnostics unless you opted not to proceed with their services—then they'd apply a fee. Even with a $25 off coupon, Christian Brothers' prices were significantly higher than the norm, making it a bit puzzling. ??
On the bright side, they do offer a speedy turnaround, which could be a draw for some folks willing to pay a premium for prompt service. They were even open on July 5th when other shops were shut, and with 9 lifts, they can likely slot you in quicker than the competition. However, personally, I don't feel the extra bucks I forked over justify the convenience, so in the future, I'll definitely be scouting out other service providers. ?️??

Completely over prices for the work they do charges me over $1000.00 for back brakes on my 2014 Ford focus and was told they are the cheapest in town there over priced and milk as much money out of you as possible I do NOT recommend this auto shop!

on 3/18/2024 11:00 am I had an appointment to have oil changed
and inspection and said I would wait.
Approximately 11:30am I was told the car was ready and
everything was good. Driving the car home 3 miles there was
scraping noise from under engine. Inspection found engine
lower pan cover dislodged and rubbing on road.
I returned to the shop. Up on the rack most of the plugs that hold it in place were missing or shoved in the cover.
I was assured they would fix it. They replaced the missing and damaged plugs with ZIP TIES.I was told, most people just trash those covers. I returned and spoke to shop manager. He agreed
that it was not right, and said they would make it right.
Trust is fragile. I ended up taking it to my trusted body shop.
They indicated several pins and clips were gone or damaged and
other were in backwards and beyond repair.
$ 200.00 later all the missing pins and clips replaced and
installed. Total for oil change $285.00

Cannot speak highly enough of their customer service and their genuine care for your vehicle. Got my oil changed and Bill was concerned with my oil consumption. Told me to stop by around 1,700 miles to have it checked, don't worry about making an appointment. Man of his word, I stopped by unannounced, they took the time out to check my oil and add a quart at no charge. A+ service! Thank you!
