This place is absolutely horrible, both employees I talked to were severely rude. I walked in to get a small water from the pop fountain, I didn't know where it was so I asked an employee where it was, he said that I could refill my water bottle and then when I tried leaving, he yelled at me and told me that I had to pay $2 for the refill after he never made me aware that it would cost money. This is bull shit and the water tastes really irony. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

Very upset with my service here. I purchased gas and a car wash. When I went to go get my car wash there was no one out there to assist me. I was stuck in the car wash for over 10 minutes. After calling the gas station seven times I was not able to get a hold of somebody. I had to back out of the car wash. Very upset that I paid for a service I was not able to get..

Went in Friday night, was hungry for some pizza, took a look at the slices and they were in the warmer 3 hours past the due time. (I was there at 7 pm)
Highly unacceptable. Highly unsatisfied. Food shouldn't be left that long whilst in the warmer that long after it's bad. Imagine someone actually ate that! Very disappointed.

Every once in a while I like to get some slices from this Casey's, close to my work etc. I usually experience the pizza being undercooked but this time it wasn't. Also noticed a few new workers this time around. These workers (one being a gentleman named Taylor) made the environment welcoming as well as friendly! Not something I am used to with this Casey's! So long as the friendliness and welcomeness continues my rating will stay the same!

I used to love coming to this casey’s a couple years ago, it was always clean and employees were nice. Every time I come in for breakfast they are completely understaffed and have usually 1 and rarely 2 employees working. I don’t blame the poor employee they have working but I do blame management because this place used to be wonderful and now it’s a trashed gas station with long lines and takes forever for food. Do better for us routine customers and your employees.

Our family has always been a big fan of Casey's pizza. We moved from a town that had the best Casey's pizza around and expected a similar experience. While the pizza, in taste, is just as good at this Casey's, 80% of the time they get the order wrong. Last time I ordered a large half pepperoni, half cheese and a small pineapple. I got a large ALL pepperoni and a medium pepperoni and pineapple. Huh?! I've never called to complain before even though this has happened many times but I called this time.When I called to tell them the order was wrong, they told me to just bring in my receipt next time I order and they will comp it. How in the world are they going to do that? They never asked my name or anything. Honestly i just think they need to teach the kitchen staff how to read the orders and there would be no issues. Maybe we should just order cheese pizzas from here on out. But who knows, knowing our luck they will be pepperoni pizzas instead.

45 min over on in store pick up pizza orders twice in two weeks. Employees couldn’t care less. Look elsewhere for an evening meal.

I'm headed to Kwik Trip. I see the owner is responding to everybody with "corporate excuse speech." Don't reply, just put some food out for customers to buy.
