He helped me through the whole process so I could keep the gift a surprise and got the part painted within two days of dropping it off. “I had a great experience here. I took my car in for repairs after someone had backed into me. The employees were lovely. They kept me informed through the entire process. And my car looked amazing when I picked it up. They had even washed it and cleaned the inside. I had had a terrible week, and when I got in my car and saw they had cleaned it up for me I cried. One of my least favorite tasks is cleaning my car and it was way over due for a cleaning. I had been thinking of that impending task all week which was adding to my stress. And now, that was one less thing I had to be stressed about. It's really the little things that make the biggest impact. I will absolutely be using their services again if I ever need repairs.”

“Exceptional quality of work, outstanding customer service.I brought my truck to get some body work done after somebody had backed into my rear passenger door. my mother had previously gotten some body work and paint done on her Tahoe by Niels autobody and I thought it looked great and she said they also gave her a pretty solid deal so I decided to use them. They were really easy to work with and got me on their schedule in a very timely manner, after picking up my truck from them the first time I thought it was basically perfect but after driving it for about a week in different lightings I noticed the paint was maybe a bit off (it’s a pearl white Denali, VERY hard color to match) so I decided to stop by and ask if there was anything to say could do. They were extremely respectful and quick to offer to correct it for me to the best of their abilities, free of charge. I got it back the second time and it exceeds any expectations I’ve ever had from a body shop. It looks perfect. loyal people that look out for the quality of work they’re providing their customers, I encourage anyone who’s considering using them to go support this small family owned business!”

Not only did they fix those, but they also popped out another dent unrelated to the incident at no cost.
