There is sexual harassment occurring at this location and management and corporate are doing nothing about it. A male employee is grabbing and asking sexual questions to an underage female employee often, all caught on camera, and management is ignoring everyone asking for something to be done about it. This is a common occurrence throughout the company.

Staff is always friendly, their gas is as reasonably priced as it can be, and they're very professional. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they go above and beyond for the elderly and infirmed. I watched two young men today (July 30th about 5 pm) fuss over an elderly woman. They helped her load her groceries, had her smiling and laughing while they rang her up, and helped her to her vehicle as well as helped her load it. It put a smile on my face to watch these two gentleman make her day. Way to go guys!!

I tried to buy a lottery ticket at 9:45 tonight and they said it was closed? I don't understand why it makes no sense considering other stores can sell it all night. They made me feel like I was in the wrong.

It's real feel of -1 and the roads are icy. We forgot our coupon for double coupon day, my husband asked if he could go get the coupon and leave me there as collateral or hostage. The cashier says no we can't do that and I said can you take it off, we'll pay and bring it back. No. So I walked home to get it and when I came back in with it and said here's your coupon you made me walk three blocks for she laughed!

I go to Bill on Round Lake frequently because they are convenient I usually pay at the pump because it’s quicker than going in. I stopped there three times this week to fill up, all three pumps didn’t print out a receipt which I need for business expense. I mentioned each time to the cashiers, of course they have no idea why it’s not working. Maybe someone could do a little checking and figure it out, like refill the FN paper. Not a huge deal but no one like to get blown off but that seems to be the case.I see someone thinks they have the cheapest fuel, I can say for certain they never do, they are always the first to increase and the last to reduce their prices. Cheapest fuel around is the Speedway on 65 , they are consistently 10-15 cents lower.

Drove here from Blaine because they seem to have the cheapest fuel! Seems that the lock stations care about their customers more.

I love going to any Bill's. Staff is so welcoming. Glad to see you not annoyed like other stores. Sucks the car wash is always packed but not their fault it's the only touchless one around.

A kooky person named Gina Cacek used to work here back in 2011-2015 & I experienced her wrath. She was unprofessional,lewd, surly & overall an unpleasant person for the customers to have to experience. I'm glad she has moved onto other endeavors and taken her attitude with her,we don't need angry women like her in the workplace. I'm surprised she even lasted 4 years!! But it's a gas station, you can't expect much.

1.75 for a small icee is ridiculous! I can get a large icee for 75 cents at SA. Dont think I'll ever go again!!
