Ron and his staff went above and beyond when dealing with my Jeep. Had a couple dents and scrapes in my doors that needed repair from a minor collision. Not only did they fix those, but they also popped out another dent unrelated to the incident at no cost. During the whole process, Ron was in constant contact with me about what they were doing and what the timeline would be. Cannot recommend this place enough

Andover Collision Center was easy for me to work with. They were honest and had a great attention to detail. Ron made the process of getting my car fixed so much easier. He fought with my insurance company to make sure they paid to completely restore my car the way it was before I was hit.I was told it would take 3 weeks or more until the car was done. I was called on day 10 saying it was done.When I picked it up, it was washed and detailed on the inside. It looked like brand new.I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Andover Collision Center.

Unfortunately, my family and I have had some bad luck with our vehicles and critters.. deer, racoon, and a wild pole that might daughter hit (LOL). That stated we have taken all 3 vehicles to Ron in the past couple of years. Customer service is great and he will do his absolute best to get your vehicle in for repair despite the number of vehicles he is currently working on.... The workmanship is outstanding and its obvious the team there have pride in what they do... Much better than some of these larger repair shops that can't get you in for an estimate without waiting for weeks or months.

Ron and his team flawlessly repaired the front end of mySUV after someone backed into it. Ron was very upfront and honest about what needed to be taken care of and explained why in a way anyone can understand. I had my SUV back in a week as if nothing ever happened. No hassle from insurance or the shop.

My Wife and I recently brought our Toyota Rav4 for repairs from an accident it was involved with. The accident was not my Wife's fault. So we filed a claim with the other drivers insurance (State Farm). Everything seemed to be going well until parts went on national back-order. State Farm was putting pressure on Andover Collision Center Owner/Manager Ron about this. Ron stuck by his business reputation and principles and put us first. He refused to do any work that could have possibly compromised the quality of his work just to please the big insurance giant. In fact, Ron went above and beyond the call of duty and ended up paying for our rental vehicle since Sate Farm refused to continue to pay for our rental because parts were on national back order. According to Ron, this was the most challenging situation he faced in his long business career. And yet he continued to put us first. He endured numerous phone calls from State Farm and their demands and pressure. And again, putting us first through all of this. When the job was done, the vehicle looked as though it was never in an accident! His work is above reproach! The best ever experience we have ever had! RON IS INCREDIBLE!! My boyfriend recommended me to go here for a little paint scratch and dent and Ron literally wiped the paint off and now I just need the dent fixed in the spring! Will always go back here!

I've never had to deal with insurance or a body shop. Not many people really do. But a while back I hit a deer. It happens, as accidents do. But this happened a Friday night. If you've looked around, many body shops aren't open on a Saturday, but this place was. After a very quick call and a tow, I dropped off my truck. From the shop side of it, everything was flawless. They helped me grab a rental, kept me really informed, and are all around just great people. The work was done very quickly and my truck is brand new again. If you need a body shop who actually cares, these are the people.

I simply went in to get a quote on a door repair where I replaced the hinge but the door was way off and wouldn’t close. He came out,looked at it and went and grabbed a few tools. Repaired it right there on the spot and charged me nothing. I’ve brought other vehicles here for estimates and I will continue to bring this business my business.Service: Body & Trim

The owners were extremely friendly, responsive, and accomodating when I needed service fast! They provided a loaner car free of charge until I was able to pick up a rental from Enterprise. Their work is quality! I am glad I found this place!
