Alexandria location - Nikko was so helpful & went out of his way to help me my 1st time there. He seemed excited to explain some things to me & @ the end of our conversation he handed me a car air freshener & said "welcome to the club my friend"Please tell him he made my day & began my Zips journey with the best 1st impression possible.

Asked for the basic $5 wash, got home my debit card was charged 12.89. Cashier person should be a lot more explanatory.

Used to love it and be a member but they no longer pray off the car just add a bunch of soap or seems and attendants always look they are miserable!

Great place!! Easy and fast and my cars come out cleaner than any other wash! It's unfortunate they quit the hand pressure washing because the vehicles don't get clean around the wheels anymore or in the back. You'll need twice through to be clean.

Cars get damaged here, staff doesn't prep your vehicle for the wash, and wash quality is not what you would expect for the money being spent. Much better quality and value located across the freeway.

Doesn't not fully wash your car when you try to cancel your membership they won't send you a confirmation email and then they charg you a membership fee... place is a joke

This place was great when they first opened… they use to have 3-4 people doing the pre wash and scrubbing the vehicles. Apparently zips decided that they wanted to automate the process instead of having human actual do a good job.Definitely recommend going to Diamond waves and wags. Their was is better and they have 4-6 people doing the pre wash and they do a fantastic job!

My car had a couple bugs on the front and when I took it in to zips they just rinsed my car. I paid for the $20 works wash and I went to woodys today and bought the $15 works wash and it was amazing. The employees actually cared and scrubbed until all the bugs were gone, I didn't even ask them to. Never going to zips again woodys for life!

This car wash is horrible. They used to do a good job but not anymore. I went through the car wash today and had a little bit of dirt and mud on the side of my car because I live on a dirt road and after going through the car wash, all of dirt was still there. I went into the office to complain, and the guy said that the corporate office took away their spray power washes so he would give me a free car wash coupon to go through the car wash again, but I asked if it would clean my car this time and he said probably not.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

No more pre wash. I had to go through twice and then spend 20 min wiping down my car. Used to be the best around but trash now. And on top of taking away services they raised prices.
