I'd rather give them zero stars. First they said they had the blower motor in stock. Then they couldn't find it. So we ordered one on Friday to be here on Monday or Tuesday. Weekend came and went. Then Monday and Tuesday and I guess they said their truck broke down. Now its Thursday they say they can't get it at all. Good customer service is usually promise less and deliver more. But this place delivers nothing. I've heard now that others have had the same results with them. Never do business here. G.L.
