Awful bank. Called to verify a cashier's check and banker gave me cryptic info that I should call a number on the check but wouldn't even verify that the number on the check is valid. You can do better!

By far the worst bank in Alexandria customer service is awful ridiculous policies can’t even deposit cash without your ID even if you have your voided one and are signed into your account on your phone. Would not recommend unless you want to waste your time.

3 stars - met my expectations. While in town, I stopped by to pull some cash out for a festival where most vendors wouldn't be accepting credit cards. Everything was exactly as expected. I have no complaints. I also have no raves.

Closed on a Saturday? Really? We were fifth in line at the ATM. We had a large transaction that we wanted a human to help out. Your banking hours are inconvenient.

We use to love this bank until it became impersonal and farmed everything out. We had to wait to get our loan papers from other banks. We prefer local banks and switched to Neighborhood National Bank where you are treated with courtesy and respect. You are not just another number there. I called to check on someone depositing directly into our account from their Wells Fargo account and they said it couldn't be posted until atleast tomorrow. Not right in my opinion. And they switched me two times and said her line was Not secured and one said she didn't know to what state I was being transferred. We are in Alexandria, Mn.

It seems to be ALL about numbers here. Impersonal, pushy, and rude. Steer clear of this brand altogether! Loads of hidden fees, and bank staff motives are questionable. Never again! There are many better banks, so go elsewhere. Take your money and run!

I do not feel that staff are listening to the people they serve. The Alexandria, Mn Wells Fargo needs to replace the ATM that was near Highway 94. I know several individuals who have requested an ATM on this end of town.

Only place I've ever banked. It's always been great. The ones down in the cities, Duluth, and here are all to the same quality standard.
