It's super enlightening to see our community finally growing. They are making great strives to create an awesome mall experience. I am completely excited. We got Kohl's and now my understanding is T J Max is being completed. Alexandria, Minnesota is making their mark on the map and appealing to today's market groups. We love it.

I've been dealing with problems of keeping storefronts open and filled in the last 2+ years, not having atenants staying put renewing their year leases, tho deciding to relocate to newer more closer stripmall to interstate or right in downtown right on main street. Tho some new store owners have taken interest in leasing out the mall and even a good deal of construction remodeling going on in the last year of a major store opening up in a brand new space designed for them to do so.

Many things have changed since last review. D.Mikes is very good and Kohls and other things are coming to the mall. Good things for Alexandria!

It will be better once Kohls comes in. Not a lot to choose from, shopping. A couple of expensive stores and that's about it.
