Colin was about the most useless manager you could ask for. He just wanted to stand in the corner with his little devices and not help people. The extent of his responsibility seemed to end at checking people in and telling them they should be happy their wait today isn't the normal 2-3 hours. I told him that was terrible, looked at my wife, and said let's go to T-Mobile.

They were able to help me right away when I walked into transfer my at&t phone to the Verizon network.

Went to the store today to upgrade and trade in a device, they took my payment and my trade in device however they never activated my phone. I had to spend over an hour with Verizon customer support to get it activated

Kudos and five-plus stars to Nicolos. Immediate, friendly, no-charge service for a grungy port on an older phone. Didn't know that I'd been on Verizon for 15 years, my wife on it for 25. Able to successfully finish clean up at home. Well done!

Went in to transfer a line, and was told the wait was 2 hours. There was no one else in the store at the time. After doing my other needs, I spent time on google and ended up doing the entire transfer myself. Why do I have to wait so long when the store is completely empty?

I was having issues with my phone! If I didn't have enough issues already.Quick service, Chris seemed highly knowledgeable on what he was doing! I ended up buying a new phone good salesman ? hoping this takes care of my issues.

Expect to wait a bit if you are a walk in. They do great work and are willing to help you with any vzw stuff! Wish they didn't try to push more products then what you want but they have a job to do.

I went in and spent less than five minutes to try and get answers about a new phone I purchased.The individual that spoke to me knew nothing about the question I asked about. What has happened to Verizons training. I asked 3 different people that work at Verizon about this, They all gave me different answers. This company has me thinking about switching to another. I've had service with this organization since they started selling service to the public. When you spend a 1000 dollars on a phone and they tell you everything should work and it doesn't. Well
