First off, I'd like to give a huge shoutout to Trevor Johnson as he was a huge help! Secondly, the staffing of the Verizon store by DJ's taphouse of Alexandria, MN was amazing! Hands down y'all were amazing! Had a great experience there. The store is well maintained, clean, and great atmosphere. You are greeted as you walk through the door. You are setup with a store associate to help you furthermore of your needs. They have great personalities there. I came in with a broken screen and the crazy death of doom glitches on my screen and Trevor did an amazing job helping me and my boyfriend get set up on a plan with them. He did great service with us. He went out of his way to help us get our phones set up before sending us home so we had working phones. All in all, I give that Verizon a 5 star rating. Well deserved. Keep up the great work y'all!! And most importantly, keep on smiling and having a good time with all your customers! The awesome fun positive attitudes were great!

Absolutely terrible customer service. My fiancé and I have spent countless hours in this store trying to fix messed up billing.
The staff here are unable to assist with any issue big or small and when we come to the store for help we are told to call verizon on our own. I have never had a worse experience with any other carrier and would switch immediately if it were on option at this time.
If you're already a verizon customer, I would suggest going to any other branch. This one should be shut down. This is coming from someone who rarely (if at all) has left a bad review.

The absolute worst customer service ever. The managers are completely clueless and do not help their reps out at all. They check in the customers and then play on their phones. I switched to Verizon 3 months ago and have been in their store at least 10 times due to billing and account issues. Just left the store hoping to upgrade my device and the rep gave me the customer service number to call then disappeared. Very unhappy and frustrated with this branch.

Sean was amazing. Excellent service. Nice and smooth transition of phone lines...and he also helped my nephew save some money on his monthly bill. Highly recommend. ? even got to listen to some good tunes while waiting.

Colin was about the most useless manager you could ask for. He just wanted to stand in the corner with his little devices and not help people. The extent of his responsibility seemed to end at checking people in and telling them they should be happy their wait today isn't the normal 2-3 hours. I told him that was terrible, looked at my wife, and said let's go to T-Mobile.

Went to the store today to upgrade and trade in a device, they took my payment and my trade in device however they never activated my phone. I had to spend over an hour with Verizon customer support to get it activated

Kudos and five-plus stars to Nicolos. Immediate, friendly, no-charge service for a grungy port on an older phone. Didn't know that I'd been on Verizon for 15 years, my wife on it for 25. Able to successfully finish clean up at home. Well done!
