Unfortunately there is never enough help on hand and you end up waiting quite a long time. I use UPS stores regularly and this location seems to be the only location that I wait an extensive amount of time. Today it was 30 minutes.

Please update your online hours. I am locked outside of your closed store on a Thursday morning at 7:50 am. Everything online states that this store opens at 5 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I send 2 packages! = more than $800.00 paid for "being on time" and safe. That was on december 30...today is January 16 and dont have anything...tracking numbers dont show anything and I have call 28 times in the last days and nobody answer the phone...record machine is full...and today finally someone pick up the phone and let me on hold just to hang up after 15 minutes waiting. There is another way ???

The service was great but the parking lot is horrible. From the divets to the chaos of the way people park. The entire outside of the business gives me nightmares, and I only go there when I absolutely have to.

I've been working with the team at this UPS store over the past week getting a large order of equipment shipped to our office in Springfield, MO and cannot say enough about the level of customer service that's been provided. They went above and beyond throughout the packaging and shipment to meet and exceed our business needs. Received the the first 2 boxes of equipment in perfect condition today. Highly recommend their store for any services needed by local small businesses.

HORRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE store. Closes randomly without notice or apology, most of the staff are rude and lazy (but not the nice young woman, just the older ones), gouges customers without printers for label printing and package taping, and they don't know Amazon return policies. I hate this srore and the ownerJulie. I'd rather drive to Moorhead.
