My mom and I were just in today (10-19-24). My mom was looking for new shoes. We had Mya G. Helping us! She was so sweet and so very helpful! My mom wasn’t quite sure what she wanted but Mya brought out all the possibilities for her! My mom was extremely happy with her purchase today and Mya was absolutely amazing!!

I was here out of town for a wedding in Alex and my shoes were too big. I called them up and Joey said they had a few ideas that could help me. He was so nice on the phone and seemed happy to help even though one of his ideas was something they do for free.I got there and both he and Austin helped me and they were both so nice and put a lot of effort into helping me get these shoes to fit.They were very creative, and together we found a combination of things that did the trick.I would definitely recommend them for any shoe needs.

I went to this location with my mom and we had an amazing visit! The staff seemed like they really enjoyed their jobs and were singing and having a good time! They were really helpful, answered all of my questions and knew what they were talking about. I was looking for Converse, but I heard about this new brand called Rival. I was having knee problems, so one of the workers helped me get them on. The shoes were as comfortable as Skechers and as stylish as Converse! I highly recommend this place and a pair of Rivals! I honestly would rate it higher if I could!

We went there to return a shoe and get some puffins and the guy working was just crazy with how good he is at everything it was like a well oiled machine. He just radiated positivity and was the type of person you would want to be around. Overall an absolutely amazing experience.

Very Knowledgeable workers Recommend using the foot scan to get proper insoles. Have only had mine in for 2 hours and how it makes my feet feel...well worth It!!

I just love my new Hey Dudes I purchased this week from Damion at the Alexandria store. I don’t buy from shoes stores as much as I did days gone but Damion really knew his stuff and was incredibly helpful. He sized up my feet, grabbed the shoe style I wanted and suggested I get support inserts for my day to day needs which I can trade in and out on other shoes. I came home and placed the inserts in my shoes and wow what a difference. Thank you Damion for your kind listening help. I will buy from you again.
