I went with my bridesmaids and ordered dresses a week later. One of my bridesmaids God a text from special event that her dress was discontinued. And they weren't going To order her dress. They were going to make her try on a new one. And probably pay more.

My son suit and his girlfriend dress was sized wrong. The pants cuff on son's suit came apart the min he put on pants. Now there is 8 inches of pants cuff hanging on floor and prom starts in a hour. Add the lady in shop treated you like a number and she was very unfriendly and rude. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Special Event Boutique and Bridal is THE place to go for wedding attire & formal wear. What truly set Special Event apart was the exceptional customer service. The staff's passion for making brides feel extraordinary was evident in every interaction. They offered valuable advice, understood my vision, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

The absolute worst experience of my life. We had a scheduled appointment and the bride showed pictures of what she was thinking and we got nothing even close to that to try on. They don't help you put on the dresses, there was no clamps to help tighten the dresses, the lady that was supposed to be helping us did absolutely nothing. We got in trouble for trying to help pick out dresses she would have liked and were told to stop touching them. After trying on 5-6 dresses we said this is absolutely ridiculous and left. The most unhelpful experience ever. We were made to feel like no one cared and they didn't listen to what we wanted and were looking for. I would give 0 stars if I could. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.

Jackie has been a MIRACLE worker for me in my wedding process! I could not imagine searching for my wedding dress or my wedding parties outfits anywhere else! I will recommend this store over and over again!

I had a pretty positive experience with Special Event. I went in about a year before my wedding to look for a dress. I found the dress of my dreams and ordered it. When it came in, there were some issues with the overskirt ordered, but they ended up fixing the issue and making everything right! Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience with Special Event!

I needed a Mother's dress on short notice. Special Event had a great selection of dresses that looked great and had a feel that was different the traditional Mother's dress. Thank you Jackie for exceptional customer service.

I went in for a bridesmaid dress. I got measured and ordered the dress! When it arrived, they just handed it to me and I left. I never tried in on in store. When I tried it on, it was way too big. I took it to an alterations place, and they said that it was probably ordered wrong and it was going to cost more than the dress to get it altered. So I brought it back to the shop. I spoke with the alteration lady that works with Special Events, she agreed it was very large on me. It came down to I was measured wrong. I got measured shortly after for a different dress and the measurements were completely different and inches off. When I went to pick up my dress that got altered, I asked for Jackie to pay for a portion because it wasn’t completely my fault it needed alterations. I understand most dresses are too long and need to be hemmed, but inches were taken off at the waist, chest, shoulders, and bottom off this dress. Jackie told me that she would contact the designer to see if the sizing was off and she’d get back to me. Well she never responded. I’ve reached out more than once and still no response. I would not recommend Special Events based off my unprofessional experiences.

Hands down the best experience you could ask for. Not only were the staff friendly and helpful, but they also had great advice and truly prioritized what my dream gown was. So many beautiful dresses too! Overall- wonderful place and would highly recommend to any bride!!

My mom and I went shopping for a mother of the bride dress! They had many pretty options and helped my mom find one she really loved and felt comfortable in! Very friendly and helpful!

Great service. My wedding dress was amazing and had no issues. Alterations were minimal, size was perfect. Definitely would recommend. Customer service was awesome. Always felt like we were the only ones in the store.
