Thanks so much to Brent and Luke for setting my wife and I up with T Mobile internet and phone service. It’s going great, we love our new I Phone 15’s and fast , quality, internet service. We are saving a lot of money and have great service. Brent and Luke were honest, patient and professional. When I have questions I feel comfortable just stopping by and asking their advice and assistance.

Review T-Mobile BBB ratings.I have been a 20-year customer of Sprint. I spent 3 hours in this store to upgrade service and devices. They said my service would be cheaper, but I was charged about $150.00 more monthly. After six months of trying to recover what my account once was. I realized it was easier to cancel my service and went to Verizon. I get service everywhere that I could not get with T-Mobile. Don't waste your time with T-Mobile.

The absolute worst service I have ever had in a store of any kind. How the managers have jobs is beyond me. My girlfriend was in tears by the time we left. If that tells you anything.

If I could give a zero I would. I noticed that my t mobile internet price was double. Came in last April to upgrade my internet device and the manager at the time got me all set up and informed me that all I had to do was bring in my old device and everything would continue as it was…. Wrong turns out I’ve been getting charged double because instead of upgrading my system they created a new line…. Called customer support and they were able to refund me 3 months worth after explaining the confusion but informed me I had to go to the store for the other 2 months and they should be a able to refund that. Well I go into the store a hour after my great conversation with customer support to an assistant manager who the least helpful individual I have met . He informed me that the old manager had a mental breakdown… ( like that’s professional) and when I asked him about the refund . He went and talked to district and came back saying he can’t help. When I asked to talk to them he denied me understanding that it’s not appropriate to give out numbers but the rudeness and the fact that Samuel the assistant manager was so unhelpful and also one of the individuals who assisted the old manager with my upgrade last April was so unwilling about the situation shows what kind of customer service that store has . It’s either lack of a better option or lack of training but something has to do better or that store is not going to be keeping that 4 star rating.

I had to go in to the store there several times. Each time the manager Gary was very helpful. He made sure that we got the deal we signed up for.

I am a TMobile worker and I can say, everything that the manager and the workers say is complete fiction. Do not believe a word they say. They will tell you your plan won't go higher when it will. They will tell you that doing a certain thing would be a better deal, it isn't better. They will tack on lines that you are not aware are there so it will jack up your account price. DO NOT COME HERE. Come to the TMobile by Walmart, we'll tell you how it really is and we won't screw you over.

I went in to get information on the T Mobile Internet and Samuel was just fantastic to work with. He explained everything to me and walked me through set up. All I had to do was plug it in when I got home!

I would give a negative if I could. Absolute zero customer service even after we were told to come in and they told us to come in. They just lost another customer.

The store was great. When I went in the staff helped me out with getting the right thing. I was mixed up and she informed me that I was incorrect. Very helpful in the whole process in my purchase. I would return to the store for the friendly experience any time. Prompt service, in and out after she filled me in on all the detail.

Staff member and manager didn't want to work with me for authenticating myself as a user on a plan I am on with my brother. Don't go to this one. They didn't seem interested in wanting to help.
