“I used to agree with the negative reviews about the Alexandria post office. But it looks like they are trying to improve. The county road I live on has a new mail carrier. No misdelivered mail or packages. I have no complaints about the mail carrier. When you walk into the post office everyone is very friendly and helpful.”

“Great customer service by JD! I needed to get a package out for a customer last minute. My arrival time showed 6:02pm and they close at 6pm so I called ahead. I spoke to a young gentleman (JD) on the phone and explained that I already had a label and simply needed to drop off. He said no problem and met me at the door at 6:02. JD saved the day!!!!!”
