Service and customer care were exceptional. My older Pontiac had an odd rust/molding problem. Premier took the time to fix it. On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being Excellent...Premier Collision is a 10.

Amazing customer service and workmanship. Quoted 2 other shops and Premier came in lower priced and got the job done in one day when other shops were 4-6 months out. If there was an option for a 6 star review I would give it.

Sam and the team here are awesome. We had 5 vehicles damaged in a recent tornado and Sam took the time to meet with us on every car and work with the insurance company on each claim. He had great integrity in the process, advising us on what was worth repairing and what was not. He even helped us work with the insurance company to get one of our cars totaled even though it meant little work for him. I really enjoyed working with Sam and his team and would highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

They do great work. My wife's car received new paint on the hood and they blended the nose and fenders. Then to my wife's surprise, they had cleaned the interior too. It was like we got a new car. They have a great staff with with strong skills.Services: Painting

Brought my son's car to Premier after he slid into the ditch due to icy roads. His car sustained front end damage, along with a fender damage due to the impact. I worked with Sam, who was great! I dropped of the vehicle and 4 days later it was finished, good as new. Not only did Sam do a great job repairing the vehicle, but he even handled working with the insurance company claim as well.
