I went to Ollie's to have them install a cab and heater on a Can-Am Defender. I was ok with having to wait two weeks for an opening (allow time to get all the parts). I dropped the machine off the day of and didn't get it back for 3 weeks. That afternoon I was told they were missing a wiring harness and should get it in a couple days. The next time I called they were missing something else. They knocked $100 off the bill (which was labor for washing the machine I didn't ask for). I took the machine out when I got back and instantly started overheating. I did my own investigating and found they forgot to take a pinch pliers off. after installing the heater. All in all, it took over 5 weeks total to get a cab and heater installed and my own time to finish the project. I'll send my business elsewhere from here on...

This is a 'shout out' to Dan, in Customer Service. I am so thankful for your patience as you explained to me, step-by-step on the 'how to' in operating the Simplicity Lawnmower. Now, I am much more confident that I will not end up in the lake w/ it! I suggest a 'how to' video in operating the riding lawnmowers. You would be an EXCELLENT candidate Dan for such a video. Thanks again.....

I called there store to ask about a thatcher and a bagger for my mower. They never called back. I had been in the store a few times and never have been greeted well or have had a good interaction with sales man. I bought a 14000$ mower from mikes small engine in Willmar. Way better to deal with. They genuinely really act like they want your business.
