Very professional. I had my vehicle repaired last fall and I was very happy with the quality and service. They were so easy to work with. They worked with my insurance company which really helped a lot. A few months later found a small issue from when they put the car back together. They immediately took care of it and covered it completely. Definitely above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else going forward. That kind of service in this day and age is amazing.

I recently had our Subaru Forrester in for repair and the service was exceptional. The team there delt with the insurance agency of the other driver and also helped me secure a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. The repairs were done perfectly. Thanks for your great work!

I recently had my truck repaired at Northside and I'm extremely satisfied with the experience. Bob and the team were professional, friendly, and highly skilled. They did a fantastic job fixing my vehicle, it looks like new again! The pricing was great and transparent, and the work was completed much quicker than I expected. I appreciated their excellent communication and customer service as well as my truck being cleaner inside and out when the job was done! I highly recommend Northside to anyone in need of high-quality auto body repairs. Five stars!

Been to Northside twice in the last few months for back to back deer collisions :( They got my vehicle looking brand new the first time, second time was deemed a total loss. But that doesn’t diminish Bob and Shelly’s professionalism. Will definitely go to them in the future.

Did a great job on my fix . Then they went above and beyond for a minor fix to my husband’s truck . We had just gone on a cross country road trip so the inside was a mess and they cleaned out the inside for him ! Definitely was not expected and an extra added touch . All the staff is so friendly . Highly recommend.

What a great place to have your vehicle repaired. They do such a fantastic job! We just had work done on two Vehicles and I was very impressed. All staff are friendly and willing to help with anything you need to have done! I would highly recommend them to all family and friends!!

I'm just absolutely giddy about the job these folks did! Had a huge crack in the windshield (that I'd been ignoring...) and a mishap with the hood. They were so fast, first of all! Dropped off on Monday morning, done by Wednesday afternoon. They made sure to take care of everything - hood looks fantastic and the windshield is impeccable. My car was even given back to me spotless on the outside and so fresh and clean on the inside - unexpected! I feel like I got a new car back. Bob was a thorough and thoughtful help through it all. Wonderful job from the folks at Northside Collision. If you need it done, definitely check them out!
