I used to love going to Nails of Alex. Now every time I get a fill my nails last less than a week. I went back for them to fix my nails and I wad charged for a fill and a nail repair. When I show them a picture of what I'd like my nails to look like they never listen or they rudely respond with we don't have that color.
I also think the color selection is smaller every time. The quality is poor because they are so worried about getting as much people through the door as possible.

Walked in for a manicure on a busy Friday and they got me in within 10 minutes. Did an excellent job!

Made appointments a week before a girls weekend. They called us 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment time asking if we were still showing up. We made it in 1 minute past our schedule time and all 3 of us were in and out of our pedicure chairs within 22 minutes. No pampering and our polish was not satisfactory it didn’t cover our entire big toe nails and smudge as soon as we were in the car with flip flops on after sitting in the dryer for 15 minutes. We all 3 agree we would NEVER come back and are sad we had to pay $35 for such poor service especially on something we don’t spend money on often. ***picture below is how my toes looked after going in and having them repaint my toes.Service: Pedicure

I would never recommend this place! My friends and I planned a girls weekend and decided we should pamper ourselves with pedicures. We got a call 5 minutes prior to our appointment as we were on our way there. We walked in, sat down, soaked our feet for a few minutes, got a little bit of lotion, they cut our cuticals and painted our nails. We were sent to the dryers within 22 minutes of walking in the door. One friend didn't get a top coat and her nails were smudged by the time she got to the car. We went back in and asked if this was normal. We were told that it doesn't dry as fast in the winter....it was pretty warm in the salon, so I'm not sure if that's a legitimate excuse. We did not feel pampered at all and wish we had saved our money.Service: Pedicure

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. From the time we walked in to the time we sat down to dry our toenails, it was 22 minutes. My normal nail salon takes 45mins to 1hr. The polish doesn’t even go all the way across my whole toe. I was so disappointed. The group I was with talked about it in the car and we decided to go back in and talk to them. Then stated that they did “scrub” our feet and the reason one of our group members polish smudged is because it is winter. I mean it’s not winter inside. ?♀️ I’d prefer to leave zero stars but you can’t. We will not be back.Service: Pedicure
