Really frustratingUpdate: about 3 weeks later I had to go back again, this time I got help and was really happy with the service. The young man there told me I just shouldn't charge my phone so frequently, it was making the battery hot. Which I know is common. Since then, no issues. He was super nice, and I didn't have to buy a new phone, woo hoo!”
