We drove an hour because all parts for our deck were in. They weren't. Consultation is they will mail. Then told by the time we paid and made it to pickup area all would be ready. It wasn't and very difficult to find someone who could help. Don't really know if we have everything or not. Some employees friendly. Some not. Don't bother writing to contact to let you how it could be done different. Damage done. What can you do now?

Never again will I Make a large purchase at this store. I purchased an upright freezer, online and when I got it home it made this awful squealing noise when it ran. Since it was still under the 90-day warranty, I was able to return it and get a new one. Well that new one that I received, the touch screen was not working so I had to get yet another one. They have not yet been here to deliver the new one so I guess we will see what happens with that, this will be my third freezer from Menards. Never again!

Terrible employees, walked in to kill time and immediately had workers following us around and call security because we were looking around. They refused to let my african american friend buy gummies and completely disrespected us. They later called security on us and kicked us out for looking at cereal.

Up to usual Menards standards. Employees are helpful, reasonably large store.
