I have mixed feelings about LLA, the teachers are AMAZING, they will love your children like their own, I love the daycare Provider Jamie! She’s great with communication and she’s very understanding, my issue came in with Amy the owner, she’s very rude, AND disrespectful, she yelled in my face because I wanted a message sent out about my sons sweater being accidentally taken, she’s condescending and doesn’t know how to communicate at all, if it wasn’t for that I would give LLA a 5 star, other than Amy, they will be missed.

When I tried to drop my kids off at Little Learners (at the time we agreed on) the class & the teachers were gone. So I had to stay home from work. This happened more than once.. Then I was charged for those days that my children didn't attend because of their staff negligence. When I tried getting the bill adjusted, the lady in charge told me that the owner was sick. I reached out multiple times but was told she was out sick. Then I get a notice that my bill was sent to collections. Aside from how unbelievably unprofessional the owner is, my kids only went here for a month & they got sick constantly & were bit numerous times. IT'S WORTH THE MONEY TO PAY FOR A LEGITIMATE DAYCARE. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE.

My kids and I have had a great experience with little learners academy over the past 4 years and counting. I love that all the staff truly make you feel at home when dropping and picking your kids up. They communicate and all are very kind. There hours are so nice with being open those later hours along with opening early as well! I truly would recommend!

Rude staff, they are quick to get frustrated and angry with kids. Very small building that does not feel safe or secure. Anyone can just walk right in and the kids are always hanging on the doors. They refuse to talk or explain their billing and get extremely rude and defensive if you ask questions regarding them. Currently investigating this.

They offer flexibility with when your kids are then, plus have evening hours which helps so much.

My child went there and was horribly mistreated. Look up there license they have several maltreatment cases and violations.
