I took my rings in to get cleaned and checked. They checked them, found a loose diamond, repaired it and cleaned them! They look band new! Staff was amazing. Great customer service and knowledgeable! Thank you Karrow Jewelers. .

I really liked the people who work there. They know their job very well, everything is at the highest level!!! I ordered a pendant that was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks, but they tried their best and it arrived in 3 days. I highly recommend this jewelry store!!!!!

We brought in a tricky stone to be set (grey diamond) and the jeweler himself called us to explain at length how careful he'd be with the diamond. The ring turned out beautifully!

I had Karrow's repair a couple of rings for me, both needed crown work and one needed an entirely new shank. They did an excellent job and only took a couple weeks. Highly recommended!
