From my first inquiry about the truck I bought, the online and phone communications with the salesman and the experience at the dealership and financing dept. these guys are a top notch place. I didn't feel pressured. The experience was actually a pleasant down to earth atmosphere. I had been looking for a heavy duty truck for a long time and I had a bad experience with a different dealership. These guys made up for that. I am very pleased with my truck purchase with them. I recommend them to anyone.

The service department was able to schedule my daughters Jeep Compass in to program a new key fob Saturday 2 Sept 23 even though they were booked full. Scheduling would have been a challenge because she lives in Andover and works for the U of M athletic department and is extremely busy during the week and on Saturdays during football season. We very much appreciate the service department’s willingness to schedule us in. It means quite a bit when it comes to choosing a dealer to work with when purchasing her next vehicle. Thank you!

Unfortunately it takes 5 weeks to get an appointment which is crazy if you had a serious issue. 2 hours for an oil change seems long. Not to mention I was told I have 2 free oil changes only to find out at payment time they had expired. Overall I would say if the car is not under warranty I would find someone else a bit more responsive to do my work. Typical dealership experience, expensive, slow, and not accommodating to customer needs unless you’re retired and have a lot of money and time to kill waiting in the in the dealership for your car.

I have purchased 7 vehicles and not one time did the sales consultant ever write me a “thank you for your business” card. I made my vehicle purchase out of state, so I cant reap the benefits that the locals would, but I want to say thank you to Cade Fish. Appreciate your professionalism and commitment to exceed expectations. This was the easiest transaction purchasing a vehicle and grateful I found this diamond in the rough. Good customer service.. However once my car was ready no one let me know.. So I waited longer than I should've.. Apparently whoever worked on my vehicle didn't put down mileage and there was no VIN # on the paperwork.. But all else was excellent..

The staff was kind, friendly, and respectful. They did everything they could to accommodate me for an appointment, even when they wrre scheduling for a month out. I appreciate how quick, thorough, and efficient they are.

We were in Alexandria MN for a show that we were working, we needed to leave to another job/show and our batteries were dead in our Dodge Ram truck, replaced them ourselves and the next morning one of the lights was on, on the dash. We called Juettner Motors to see if they could look at it. They said to bring it right in, they ran the diagnostics and found that the alternator was dead, they found an alternator and said they could replace it that afternoon. They did a fabulous job, they even drove us back to our RV so we didn’t have to wait hours in their lobby. I wish I could give them 10 stars. They were busy, and booked out at least 2 weeks, and knew we were in a bind, and they took care of us. It’s been a week since they replaced our alternator, and everything is in perfect working order. Couldn’t be more pleased…

This isn't a bad review of the dealership, they're doing what they can, but more toward Jeep. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee in October from a dealership in the Twin Cities. 5 months, 6,500 miles later, it breaks down 13 miles north of Alexandria Saturday evening March 4th on HWY 94. It was towed to Juettners. They ran the initial diagnosis and can't figure out what's wrong with it. There's no ETA on when they can do further diagnostics on it. I haven't had a vehicle all week. I've been wasting hours of my time on the phone with Jeep trying to get a car rental under their base warranty, but they're telling me I have to pay for the car rental. Disappointing paying $52k for a new vehicle, only to have it break down and manufacturer doesn't care or stand behind their product.

I drove my car there to get new instrument cluster programmed to car and after having my car over 3 hrs longer than supposed to they pushed the car out no longer starts and they are unwilling to fix it. They don't take any responsibility, i had to pay to tow it 35 miles home, they erased my keys programming so the car is junk. They said they programmed the key, liars 2 keys are needed for that and i only had 1. They victim blame. Blaming it on the starter, transreceiver, wiring.... When any person can see they triggered the PATS security system by the flashing light and code 15( key not programmed to car). They are rude, incompetent and down right liars and thieves.. And the best part.. They told me to take it to a mechanic! I replied.. Thought that's what i did but apparently not.. DROVE CAR THERE, TOWED IT HOME.. NOW IT'S JUNK THEY SHOULD PAY TO GET NEW KEYS CUT AND PROGRAMED TO CAR! AND THE MANAGER KNOWS NOTHING WHEN I TALKED TO HIM ALL HE COULD SAY WAS I DON'T HAVE A ANSWER FOR THAT.. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! And i Have the CODES FROM CAR TO PROVE IT

I had heard great things about Juettner before I had even taken a step into the dealership as I have family that has dealt with these guys previously. Juettner absolutely met my expectations, helped me find my truck in a helpful, low-pressure manner. Billy was helpful and knowledgeable and answered my questions efficiently and straight forward. Service department did a great job on some minor work that needed to be done on the vehicle as well. Will be very likely that I make a trip to this dealership when I need a new vehicle!
