Really disappointing that they know the time chains are bad on the 2015 expedition with the eco-boost at almost 170,100 and are selling it as is for 10,995 everyone be warned.

I am very disappointed with the service department. Have been trying for months to get my van fixed and each time need to make another appointment which takes weeks. When the time comes when I purchase another vehicle it will probably not be with Juettners

Juettners is a great place to get your vehicle repairs. That is why they are so busy. The service staff does a great job of getting you taken care of.

Had to wait for a month or more to get my van in when I had warning lights showing up on the dash. They did 90% of the repairs but needed to wait another two weeks for them to complete the job. Had to pay for the work they did before it was 100%. They were very nice and friendly to work with but didn’t have enough staff to finish the job. Only had two guys that worked on Chryslers. If they only have a couple guys to work on each make they sale, this is ridiculous.
