Every interaction I have had with staff from Jensen PA has been great. They are very kind and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with this company was not a good one. It was very unprofessional. My taxes are not very hard they are pretty simple but yet I was still charged 150 dollars. Not only that but they had put the wrong routing number on my return so it went to the wrong bank when I called to ask them what was going on they had just told me to call the IRS so I did my own investigating and now the check will be mailed out to me. I would highly not recommend going to this company they did a very poor job of keeping me updated and were no help when they messed up.

I am a chronic diy'er for everything. This is the first year I've had my taxes professionally done. I will never go back. Donna took her time with me to find every last deduction. I received a professional folder with my return. Everything I need to send my payment and quarterly's in on time. My husband said it was worth every penny.
