The serve I received was excellent. The tax worker knew exactly how to do my tax right. I just wish they had a store instead of being in Walmart. They deserve their own store.

The person that helped me was so nice and patient. Helped me alot and even the guy that worked with him was helpful..was nice to help answer anything he didn't know.

A huge mistake was mad on my taxes, I noticed it when I got home. I tried calling them left a voice mail, They called me back 3 days later gave me an email that would not accept anymore emails. I called back no response. I made an appointment they did not show up nor try to contact me. I hope to hear back very ?

The girl who did my taxes in Alexandria ended doing my payment wrong. Payed extra to get an advance for that day got excepted but got an email saying it will come in a check. Then waiting on my refund which should have also gone in my American Express card, also got sent in a check. She should have gave me a new card, not use my old one. Now with stimulus payments where is it going to go. I have to wait longer for her mistake. This company needs to get back Kathy the lady who knows what she is doing at all cost. Will not be doing business with Jackson Hewitt unless it’s with Kathy.

Have been doing my taxes here for years my wife runs an at home daycare and the staff here are very knowledgeable in helping us get our max deductions and refund we can get. I highly recommend them.
