I had a great experience here! It was a very relaxed, exciting experience. They were very welcoming, and not pushy at all. I tried on many dresses and we narrowed it down to the perfect one. It was immediately put on order, then they called me when it was in. I just picked up my gown today! When I got there to pick it up (by appointment), they were all set up and ready for me to try it on. Then out the door I went - seamless and successful! I definitely recommend Jackie J's!

Summarize this text and highlight the main key points in the form of a numbered list: Accused of ordering and was told we were responsible for for paying. Hung up on us multiple times because she did t want to argue. As a business owner that is a pretty bold strategy… Jack called the bride and groom (not me) to let them know the tux company they ordered from was able to take back the order we never placed so we ultimately weren’t responsible anymore. Absolutely circus is the best way I can put. I will remember this forever for how poorly I was treated and how I was accused of something I never said. I hope this was just a one time thing and no one else ever has to go through this preparing for their wedding.

Jess and Marla are amazing. I went into Jackie Js for the second time on a Friday morning with no appt (don’t recommend this as it's a bad time with weekend weddings) but due to my life it's what worked.. They were amazing. I didn't have a bridal entourage just went myself as that's more my style. Never made me feel unwelcomed (other shops I visited w/out appts did) they let me look around without following me all over with a million questions allowing me truly to look at gowns. When asked my budget they never once made me feel less. The whole experience is one I couldn’t even make up but long story short I found the perfect dress. When I tried it on they both came over. We hugged, we teared up (another long story) and off I went with my beautiful dress. I highly recommend Jackie Js and these 2 ladies who went above and beyond for me. Thanks ladies! XOXO

Kylie is an absolute gem!! I’ve never experienced a more intuitive and eager to please sales associate. Normally dress shopping can feel daunting but she made the experience fun for my bestie and she just knew what she truly wanted. Kyle brought options galore but was quickly able to edit down some ideas for the bride to be, so that she could realize her dream!! Thank you so much Kylie.. you’re truly a talent for this establishment!!?

I showed her one inspiration photo and she nailed it, she included my family and my bridal shower and treated us like friends! She is beyond amazing to work with! Kylie is also really sweet and works close with Jess to find the perfect dress.
I walked in nervous and walked out feeling like a thousand dollars thanks to those two girls!

We had a great experience picking out my bestie's mother of the bride dress. She was not super excited to go try on dresses because she is self conscious about her "shape". Which is silly, but anyhoo. Kylie was so sweet and attentive. Considered all of our suggestions when picking out styles for her to try on. She gave helpful feedback and advice. We left with a beautiful dress and paid a very reasonable price. We highly recommend!!!!
