I had a good first time experience at iBeach! I was a walk in for a pedicure and they were able get me right in! The water was warm, the foot massage was great and not rushed and she was very precise with my polish!

Had us put feet in tub, then filled it with 4 inches of ice cold water, ending with lukewarm. Employee texted and played on his phone while giving my mom her pedicure with one hand the whole time. Very rough, careless, super quick. Had to redo 3 toenails due to being so careless. Went as a mother/daughter morning for my sons wedding. I get pedicures regularly in the Twin Cities and Alex, this was by far the worst one we have both gotten. If I could rate this place 0 I would, and will not recommend to anyone or go back. So disappointing!

I repeated that I have a gel allergy and somehow they still managed to use gel on my pedi and then a gel top coat over my dip mani. I know the woman comprehended what I was saying, she even said “I know”.. I essentially just paid $120 for an allergic reaction for my bridal shower.

Was in town for weekend and decided last minute I wanted to get a manicure and pedicure and they able to get me in an hour and a half after I called which was great! I got my pedicure first and the guy was very nice and great at asking multiple times if I was comfortable! The leg massage was the best I’ve had! Then I got my nails done, I got gel press ons and I’ve never done that but he recommended and I ended up loving them! They look so good!

I called on Sunday and to my surprise, they were open. So I asked if they had time for me to come in. They said yes, So my daughter and I made our way there. I got a deluxe pedicure with gel polish, and a design, my daughter got a manicure with gel polish. The lady that did my Pedicure was a trooper. I didn’t even think about shaving my legs before I went, and they were scary hairy ?. And I’m not kidding when I say scary. I would like to tell you this is the first time this happened to me, But that would be a lie. I Have went to other salons when I’ve made last-minute appointments with scary hairy legs. Now, at those appointments, I could tell that the person working on my feet was talking about me and my scary hairy legs, and didn’t do a great job at massaging my legs either (I don’t blame them, I wouldn’t want to either), But this woman, she put her all into it, and I don’t even care if she was talking trash about my legs she did it anyways! All in all great appointment, sorry to the lady that had to massage my scary hairy legs ?.

pedicure worst ever!!! He did it in 25 mins, painful... I could go on and on. Some nails got 2 coats some one. Nails are the same length as when I came in.. The tools look dirty...YUK

A former review for this place read “didn’t get into a chair till 15-20 minutes after my appointment time and never got acknowledged that I was in the salon.”
Apparently the owner forgot to teach their staff customer service & to greet everyone who walks through the door. I came for a schedule appt on Thursday, stood near the waiting chairs for 30 seconds(which doesn’t seem long unless you’re being gawked at by every customer, & ignored by the staff) , the young receptionist looked right at me but said nothing. The place seemed 40-50% full but I got a whiff of chaos & an even larger whiff of overpowering chemical smell. Don’t acknowledge customers? Don’t expect them to come back.

What a fun place! The gentleman who did my nails did exactly what I was hoping for by just showing him a picture ? No questions or discussions about changing it and he did an amazing job! Happy St.Pattys nails! Love love love them! Getting tons of compliments!

I’ve never had any problems but yesterday wasn’t a good experience the guy I had Tommy was really fast and was really rough with the drill and the nails files i am bleeding from almost all my fingers because of it. The nails weren’t even what I wanted I just wanted to get it over with.i also asked for a design and they just look like blobs
