Handled my paperwork poorly. Forgot to enter information, twice. I live an hour away. Wasting my time both times. Go to pick up my paperwork after a month and they couldn't find it, resulting in hostility. Marilyn has been incredible until now, she's getting old and senile.

If you like your time wasted with uneducated tax " Professionals" this is the place for you... I have filled with H and R block for 17 years and this one is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Needless to say I well not be doing taxes with them no more. Plus all my identity information was leaked threw them and I didn't find out tell 6+ months after it happened. With little to no help offered to resolve the problem of them allowing my information to to be leaked.

The receptionist Mary wasn't wearing a mask despite having the sign on the door saying masks were required and every time she would turn a page she would lick her finger then turn the page and touch where we were to sign not very professional during an ongoing pandemic.
