“We received a king room on the main floor. Room was clean, bathroom was updated. Check in was easy, Riley was helpful and very friendly. Pool area is awesome! It has ping pong tables, hockey nets, volleyball/badminton and arcade games too.
Entire staff was very friendly.”

“There was a mess up when checking in , and somehow, I ended up being charged for my 2 nights I paid for with my points. The front desk person on nights and Jennifer, who worked days, did a great job trying to make things right for us. Thank you.Our stay was due to a death in our family. We hung out a lot in the lobby playing cards ,visiting - we moved things around alot. The staff was very accommodating and understanding . I appreciated that everything was clean and well maintained. The carpets looked like they had recently been replaced. Th decore was very relaxing. Bed and our roomwere comfortable. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool ( it was cold outside, so this is wonderful to have ) due to kids being stuck inside.I definitely recommend this hotel.Nearby activities: There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby , some you can even walk to.There is alot historic places to visit, lakes and other activities to do in Alexandria.”

“In was there to speak at a conference- so it was a work thing. After my 2½ hour drive from Minneapolis I was hungry and a bit tired. But I went to the restaurant and Lisa who waited on me couldn't have been more lovely and courteous. The food was delicious and filled me up.I'm sorry it was winter so I couldn't enjoy the outdoors as I would in summer, but this is definitely a place I'd like to bring my family back to one day.”

“A bit dark , maybe some brighter bulbs in the rooms,
But base on these reviews I wouldn't have stayed here , but when my hotel couldn't find my reservation, I had to call here and the front desk lady was so quick to help me out after midnight.

Just some features I want to name out for small hotel
Heated pool , sauna , hot tub
Jacuzzi rooms lol ( was the last available room) at the time of night
Gas station is next door
Food spots , walmart super close too.
You can't smoke inside which is great , so there's a nice seating area outside facing the high way.

Budget friendly

Rooms: A little dark , but comfortable

Nearby activities: Parks and lakes

Safety: Felt very safe, cameras every where and the desk is 24hrs, a nice gentleman helped me find the ice machine at 2am

Walkability: Close to everything

Food & drinks: Breakfast was great , we had sausage gravy and biscuits and the next morning we got sausage and eggs, kids has their waffles

Noteworthy details: Don't follow the reviews on here , although you can't please everyone, some of you are straight up overdoing it,”
