“I had some time to kill before checking into our resort for the weekend and popped into Hello Beautiful just to browse. Owner, Brooke was running the show on a Friday afternoon. I enjoyed chatting with her as she is the kindest person and has such a warm personality. She showed me a few items I was interested in but was not pushy. I ended up leaving with a few unique items that I gave as gifts. And they carry Natural Life items!!Thanks Brooke, I'll be back next time I'm in town!”

“Showed up at 15 minutes to close. I just got off work and wanted to simply look at their fabric selection for my upcoming wedding dress alteration. The staff made CERTAIN to let me and my partners know that they were closing in 15 minutes. I browsed for about 5 minutes, found something I'll come back for, and started to leave. I noticed that they had already closed one half of the door the moment I walked in. When I left, at 6:50pm, they loudly closed the door behind us. The hours on the door say that Jo-Ann's is open until 7:00pm. So, I'm wondering why they didn't stay open until 7. And why was the staff so abrupt with potential customers? What does this say to someone who might be visiting our beautiful tourist centered city of Alexandria? Just something to think about”
