I will never buy another piece of furniture at the store! I like two matching chairs and within 3 months I was having trouble with the reclining handlfesalling off. When I went in to talk to them about my problems they handed me a bolt and told me to fix it myself! When I ask for help again today I was told how to fix it myself once again. I don't think Barb realizes not everybody has the tools necessary and the capability to get inside these small places to fix something! And the customer shouldn't have to fix the furniture themselves!

Our experience in customer service, communication and the quality of product was all very dissapointing leaving us paying full price and ending up with damaged product. Make sure you know if you are getting sold "as-is" product or off the floor product if you shop here and inspect your furniture before they bring it into your home. Know that if you are told you'll have your furniture in 2 weeks, it could be months before you see it or hear any updates from them.

I am usually not one to ever leave a bad review for a business. I work customer service and know that some things are out of our control. From the beginning of my husband and I purchasing our couch on 2/12 it was a mess. We were originally told that they didn’t have our coach in stock but there looked to be a shipment coming in on 2/17. We were going to be moving some furniture around at home so I sold our downstairs couch to prepare for it to come 2/17. We were never contact

Not very many accessories with sets. Its a large place with lots of space that doesn't seem to be utilized well. The upstairs has all dining and bedroom. We were looking for a dining server/buffet and there were only two shown.

Ordered a couch at the end of May and still have not received it. Almost 5 months later. I get COVID may have delayed things, butwhen I ordered they said 6-8 weeks with delays. few months later still no furniture or updates. I had to call my sales person and ask. She said they pushed it back further, to begging of Oct. I called again for an update, to make sure i would have it by begging if OCT (im hosting a party and need my furniture) and they again pushed it to middle of Oct.!!! im furious. $4,200 on a couch upfront and 5 months later I still wont have my couch. Feel like ive been thrown around and my sales associate has done little about it. i didnt like Amy from the start as she fudged my numbers around a few times and i ended up paying way more than she originally said.

We purchased our love seats in May, I believe, from the St Cloud store, which were eventually delivered in July. We were told upfront that it does a number of weeks to mfg and deliver. I have no issues with that (well, status updates would have been nice). On July 14th, the love seats were delivered to the garage (no in-house option, I guess?). Nice furniture. Nice people. I ordered a whitter dresser from eugene oregon through them. They unpacked it ahead of time to check for any damage which was great because I drove over an hour and half to pick up. Smooth transactions and professional folks to do business with.
