Just went and got my daughter's haircut because she decided last minute she wanted it cut before school pictures in 3 days. Showed the hair dresser what we wanted. All over 1 length cut just below her chin. We pay and go home and I start combing through it and it's uneven all over the place. Never again.
Requested style: One length bob cut.

Good conversation, good vibes and a good cut. I'm horrible with names so I forgot who cut my hair but I'm happy with it. She said she has 28 years in the industry. Will return again in the future.

I checked the listing on Google Maps at 8:15. It said they’re open. So I downloaded the app to check in, checked in, and drove across town since the wait time was only 11 minutes. When I got here and tried opening the door it was locked. The store hours posted on the front say it doesn’t open until 9:00. Why haven’t they updated their hours on their Google listing OR the app?

Why is the Alexandria location only open until 4p.m.? Even the Fergus Falls location is open until 7p.m. I work until 4p.m. and I prefer to only go to great clips for a hair cut. Seems I can never make it there.

Get your appointment online with the app and then you won't have to wait. You can see on the app how long you have to wait and how many people are ahead of you. You need to make the appointment the same day. But it works very well.
