Made a huge deal about returning a battery (that was suggested by the auto department) that was the wrong size for the vehicle. Wasted 30min of my time fighting over it. It was purchased two days prior and never installed because it was obvious that it wouldn't fit. Ridiculous.

The sign outside says masks are required. There were MANY people without masks. The clerk at the checkout had hers only over her mouth. When I pointed out that it had slipped down, she said " I have a headache". I said wearing a mask with your nose out, is like wearing a condom with the end cut off. She replied "Oh well?". Being an immunocompromised person I hardly appreciate an answer like that. Nothing says "I don't give a crap about our customers"than an unhappy employee with a bad attitude.

I had a flat tire just east of Alex. Took the tire to Ff to get it repaired and mounted on my truck. The guy repairing said the tire was shot before removing it from my pickup boxI said show me. He pointed to the scuff marks on the side wall saying it was driven flat. Not so. Tire went down on side of the roadI had him remove the tire and show me the damage internal. Was none. He pointed to the point the side wall meets the tread areaThat's the way they are built. Refused to fix. I took it to discount tire where I have a road hazard warranty. They said no problem. Fixed. All is well They loose business this way

Not what it use to be. Prices have raised to much to buy my dog food and treats, and toys. Not as much reason to come in. Still like the store.
