I brought my son in the other day and recieved one of the worst hair cuts iv ever seen. The stylist was so impersonal and didn't show many patience with My little guy. His hair cut was crooked, bangs cut way to short and to be honest.. looked like Harry in dumb and dumber. I ended up taking him in elsewhere to try to fix it. Took two other stylist to get it to the point of looking decent.. I will not be back

We will never go back to FS. What a waste of time and money. I never take time to leave reviews, but my son’s hair cut was so bad this morning. Simple boys cut, and the stylist simply could have cared less. Even my son said as we were leaving, “Idk if she was having a bad day or what, but she was not even trying”. That said, I do understand that we all have bad days! The lack of professionalism however was pretty sad. Absolutely zero friendliness, no thank you, nothing. And the cut itself….. I’m sorry, but quite hacked. Maybe I should have expected less for $16.

Requested style: I made my appointment and when I got there the stylist that usually does my hair was out. No call letting me know this. Needed a cut and they said the person there was well experienced with short hair. Needless to say I look like she put a bowl on my head. Not at all happy. She wasn't friendly or even apologetic for the horrible cut. Good thing my hair grows fast and I can go somewhere else in a couple weeks to try and fix this mess. Sad for the person who usually does my hair because I probably won't ever go back.

Minimal, unfriendly service. Went in for a $20 haircut & shampoo last Wed. The stylist did the least possible and made no effort to be nice. Less than 10 mins and no offer to shampoo my hair. She clearly did not want me in her chair and begrudgingly cut my hair as quickly as possible. If you are a racial minority and expect equitable treatment, maybe you should avoid this company.

I called to make a appointment the voice message box was full . Drove to Alex it says on door by appointment only. I went to great clips they did a amazing job on my daughters hair.

Awesome cut and waxed eyebrows. Next is a tint. They are already closed. I think the apt is Thursday at 1:30 PM. Will call in the AM. Unless it is for next month?? Great job!!

I have only been there twice, but both times I got great service and an excellent haircut. The price is reasonable, the salon is clean and quiet and busy.

My daughter and me went for a mother/daughter salon day. Highly rated. The women that did my hair was very friendly.
