This store is a mess. They do not organize their clothes in any understandable manner and it just appears as an amalgamation of cloth. It is hard to find anything in the store. I think if they took over the JC Penny space they could make a more pleasant shopping experience. I have been there multiple times where they have boxes of inventory lying in the middle of aisles. I cannot complain about their gun selection, nor the ammo selection. Past that the whole place feels VERY crowded.

Went in to do a return only to be treated very rudely. The cashier was very rude. If you dont like your job then quit. Taking it out on customers is wrong. There was no help trying to find what i was looking for. Terrible service. Wont shop there anymore and people wonder why internet sales is so high.

Terrible experience. Was told by a manager that "we don't carry sizes for fat people." while looking for an XL. Cannot recommend that you avoid this place enough.

the customer service is absolutely phenomenal!!! especially Shayla! she helped me and my girls find leggings when we where having some trouble. thank you! will shop here again!!

Poorly staffed, Ober crowded with merchandise. Asked for a product that was available according to online store but employee was unwilling to find it in inventory.

They must be remodeling the place it was cluttered with carts of clearance items threw my hole schedule off by 2 hrs I'm a sucker for clearance items ?

Do NOT make purchases unless you don’t expect to return the item in the future. Return polices here feel like punishment. I won’t even spend the gift card I received in exchange that was less than the price I originally paid for items. Like $30 dollar difference. Little Corporate warriors punishing people shopping locally. This is a second time disappointment with returns, lesson learned and I just won’t shop here again.

Gone waaaaay downhill. August of 2023 we were unable to get the cart through majority of the aisles as boxes of things were cluttering the entire store with empty shelves. Checkout took a good 15 mins with only one person ahead of us.

All I can say is "what a mess!" Service was bad, store was an absolute mess, just tons of stuff thrown on big tables like I was a yard sale. Definitely will not be back.
