We had a very good experience at Douglas furniture. Our salesperson was informative & not pushy. He gave us options & prices to ponder on a mattress, & encouraged us to try them, complete with foot rests to protect mattress from dirty shoes. We were there on the right day, as there were deliveries in our area that day. It was awesome to receive the mattress the same day as payment.

WOW!!! The service I received at Douglas Furniture was top notch! The team of Matt, Taylor, and Mitch was truly great. Everything from Taylor's friendly- non-pushy - greeting at the door, to Matt being able to find exactly what I was looking for, and then ending with the very professional delivery service from Mitch. THANK YOU!!! My order wasn't an easy feat, but Douglas Furniture managed to find all of my pieces in the size and exact color that I really wanted, AND get it all out to me on time. The customer service was excellent and the pricing you couldn't beat. I will definitely be recommending this furniture store! Thanks guys!!!

Absolutely loved working with Matt. He was very knowledgable and extremely helpful when we were trying to pick out a couch. Douglas County Furniture has a delivery team and we went home same day with a beautiful silver sectional.

We have always bought furniture from Douglas Furniture. We just bought new couches and Taylor was very helpful in the store and on the phone when I needed extra measurements. The delivery staff was friendly and prompt. Very happy and will always buy furniture at Douglas Furniture!

I bought a lift chair with heat and massage at Douglas Furniture. I am very pleased with the chair and the delivery went smooth. Ethan, the salesperson was pleasant and fun to deal with. It was a great shopping experience & I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is also looking for a positive shopping experience.

We purchased a king sized mattress from Douglas Furniture and immediately after delivery decided it was too firm.We contacted our sales consultant Taylor who indicated he would work with us to get it straightened out.We went down to the store same day as delivery and selected a different mattress. Same brand just euro top instead of firm. Taylor graciously made arrangements for us to swap out delivery two days later.Absolutely great customer service as we were stressing out about having a mattress too hard for us.The replacement mattress was delivered two days later and they took the one we didn’t want back at no charge! Delivery team was friendly and professional as well.We won’t hesitate to buy from Douglas and Taylor in the future. He showed very deep knowledge of the products he sells too.

I went in on a Saturday and bought a sectional sofa they were willing to work with me and deliver it at a later date. The delivery truck showed up and they set up my new sectional and helped me moved some other furniture in the way to make room for the new addition to my living room. The delivery guys were very pleasant and I am extremely grateful they were so willing to help me out! I recommend Douglas furniture to anyone in the area looking for sectionals or a phenomenal service!

My favorite furniture store in town! Shout-out to Ethan for his genuine help and guidance. There's a great selection on the floor to try out, as well as a kiosk up front to see all the matching pieces in a flash. Super quick local delivery too.
