We had an exceptional experience with the service department at this dealership. We were stranded ~500 miles from home with a flat tire due to a bent/cracked rim on a Sunday afternoon. When I called early Monday AM to see if they could help us source a new rim, Joel in service quickly went to work, found a matching rim at a local scrap yard, had someone pick it up, and we were patched back toghter before lunch and back on the road home. I don't think I could have asked for much more than the service provided. Thanks!

This is the worst dealership anyone can go. The manager is rude and he told me if I wasn’t accepting what they telling me to take my car do a different GM dealer .I’ve been dealing with them for the last past month and they haven’t resolved my issue they say the GM have to released the new update?

Casey in the service department helped me out tremendously. He worked with my schedule, knew what he was talking about and overall made things very smooth. AJ also fixed my mirror for free. If you are a veteran, I highly recommend working with Casey at Diamond Buick in Alexandria!
