I was picking up the load at SUNopta DC on the cross steet. there’s a robber seal on my trailer door was missed. then they rejected my load and told me that to get fix it. Then i drove to this shop I was not feeling well because i was thinking about this part will messed me up. Because i have another load was booked from OH. Also my driving hrs running and pushing me. Then the nice lady full of respect at the office tried to call couple of places for the parts maad tried her best. but ended up NO.
She called her machanic, hard working skinny guy found my parts somewhere in the junk around the shop and fixed right away.

these guys are simply the best. got picked up today on my road trip after getting a flat tire and then realizing my donut was also flat. they reached me in the middle of nowhere in 60 minutes from being dispatched. super friendly! they drove me all the way to fargo and the price really wasn't that bad. the driver even helped me get to my hotel in fargo which he absolutely didn't have to do. super grateful. if you ever need anything in the area, give them a call!

This is best place I have been to and they helped me while I was broke. Literally No money for more than 2 weeks. They gave me time to bring money together. They finished the work same day but still gave me time. Most mechanics/shops would never do that. Anyway english is my second language but my point is that this is the best shop in Alexandria mn. And I'm here to thank the young man at the front counter and his name is zack. Thank you guys.

Our camper siding peeled off like a banana!! Not great!! I tried multiple RV repair places and no one could help me out. I called Dan's out of desperation bc I wasn't sure he could even help me out. He had someone out in 30 min and we were on the road in an hour with it fixed. Vacation saved!

What an awesome shop we exclusively use them for our diesel pusher motorhome. Caleb is who we have worked with both on mobile service and in the shop. He is so accommodating and helpful! Won’t go anywhere else

I wouldn't recommend these guys. Over charging .. 15 minutes check..charged 1.1/2 hours.. saw a poor guy paid $1,175. Just a towing for few miles.. unbelievable

Too expensive they charge me $485 for only 2 hours labor when I asked the guy at front office the told me our labor is really expensive, even they don’t know what they are doing, they want to make money that’s their goal, it’s wasting time and money also expect overcharging, avoid this place as well as you can,

My van started acting up in my trip from MN to IL today, & every mechcnic was closed.
But I called Dans, & they agreed to wait 30 minutes for me to arrive, so they could get me fixed & back on the road.
Guess my van has an oil leak, cuz she had NO OIL at all! Luckily I didnt blow the engine , & they added oil & got me right back on the road, in under 10 minutes!
I appreciate yall SO much for helping me out today!!!
