Rude customer service, my brother came in and bought frosted cookies, returned them after finding out Mold was on a few of the containers and the one purchsed, only to have one of the workers take it out of his hands and told him to get another box disregarding the moldy cookies, he pointed out the other cookies with mold and she cut him off mid sentance.Needless to say we won't be coming back and should pay more attention to the food being sold.

I love Cub foods. The staff tries so hard to meet everyone’s needs and are just good people! A few weeks ago I lost my bank card and one of the men wrangling carts ran after me to return it. I saw him again today and offered some cash as a token of my appreciation to which he wouldn’t take and simply said “it was my pleasure to do it”

In the Alexandria store the shelves are really bare. In some cases they are completely empty! There is not much of a selection of products to choose from. You end up having to buy the expensive brands because the store brands are completely out! The store looks like it’s going out of business because the shelves are so empty.
